A pull-from-anytime set, sorted by what it builds. Pick two or three per session — don't chase them all. (Most are home-doable in front of a mirror; choreography stays with her teachers.)
Run the routine full-out — projecting, facials, emotional commitment, dancing big to an imaginary back row. Two dancers with the same technique are separated by who performs.
Coaching Cue
Cue: "Dance to the back row — project, commit, use your face."
Visualization — perform the full routine in her head, full-out, to a full theater, nailing the turns. Dancers who visualize arrive having already "done" it.
Coaching Cue
Cue: "Perform the whole routine in your head — full-out."
Spot (sharp head snap), relevé (fully up, stay up), center (pulled-up core, on her leg) — clean singles before doubles. A clean single beats a fallen-out double.
Coaching Cue
Cue: "Sharp spot, strong relevé, stay on your leg."
Flexibility, Relevé, and Core
Splits, extensions, relevé holds, passé balances. Turns, balances, and lines all live on strength and flexibility.
Coaching Cue
Cue: "Long lines, pointed toes, strong relevé."
Full-out, no stopping, perform through mistakes — treating a wobble like a competition, not a redo. Closes the class-to-stage gap and trains recovery.
Coaching Cue
Cue: "One shot, no stopping — perform right through a mistake."
Building a session: flexibility and relevé to warm up, a turns block, a full-out performance run, and visualization to close. Rotate which leads so no part of her dancing goes stale.
