ParentEdge is committed to making the Service usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We design to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and test with keyboard navigation and screen readers as we build.

What we do

Native form controls wherever there is a choice to make, visible keyboard focus, text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast on our dark and light surfaces, and layouts that reflow on small screens without horizontal scrolling. Generated documents are also available as text you can copy, and as PDFs.

Known limitations

Some video-analysis and map features depend on camera or map interactions that have no full equivalent for every assistive technology; the same information is always available in the conversation as text. We are working through the remaining gaps.
