These terms apply to coaches, trainers, leagues, and organizations ("you" or a "partner") who receive a ParentEdge referral code from CSM Inc. ("ParentEdge," "we"). Using or distributing your code means you accept them. The Terms of Service, including Section 11 (dispute resolution), also apply.
1. Relationship
You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent, or legal partner. You may describe yourself as a "ParentEdge partner."
2. Referral payment
For codes with a stated referral amount, we pay that amount for each new household that signs up with your code and makes its first subscription payment, after any refund window has passed. Codes with no stated amount carry no payment. Payments are made manually, at least quarterly, by the method you provide in your partner page.
3. Say so when you are paid
When you recommend ParentEdge to families and you are eligible for a referral payment, you must say so in plain words (for example, "I'm a ParentEdge partner and may receive a referral payment"). Your co-branded page discloses this automatically. This is required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides, and we may pause a code that is promoted without the disclosure.
4. Honest promotion
Promote ParentEdge only with the materials we provide or with accurate statements. Do not describe ParentEdge as medical, coaching-certified, or guaranteed to produce results. Do not name any child in promotion, and never share a family's information with us or anyone else in connection with a referral.
5. No self-dealing
Referrals of your own household, of accounts you control, or of people you pay to sign up are not eligible. We may withhold or claw back payments for referrals that are refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or made in breach of these terms, for 60 days after payment.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for taxes on payments you receive. We may require a completed IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) before paying, and we issue a Form 1099 where the law requires.
7. Family privacy
Your partner page shows anonymous counts and statuses only ("a family" signed up on a date; trying, subscribed, or lapsed). You will never receive families' names or contact details from us, and you agree not to try to identify them from the page.
8. Changes and ending
We may change referral amounts for future referrals, pause the program, or end your participation at any time. Payments earned for completed referrals before that date remain payable. You may leave at any time by emailing support@parentedge.com.
